Domestic Shipping:
Customers in the USA
should receive their merchandise within 2-5 days of their order date
(not counting Sundays or holidays). Shipping is via Priority Mail
and is only $7.95 in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii, for
ANY SIZE retail order (so buy lots). We may substitute 1st class mail for orders under 13oz, or
FedEx Ground for orders over 8 lbs.
Next day delivery via Express Mail is available on weekdays for only $28.00 for up to 4 pounds,
and $3/lb for each additional pound.
For next-day service, orders must be placed by 1pm Central time. If
delivery of your next-day order isn't attempted in one business day,
your shipping charges will be reduced to regular
shipping.
Dealers and wholesale customers: Please call for
shipping terms and rates.
International
Shipping:
We ship anywhere that the United States Postal
Service offers Global Priority Mail (GPM). Please refer to the Priority Mail
Country Listing for details. Normal delivery is usually about 1
week, not including any delays in customs. GPM has an excellent
reliability record, although once we have shipped your product we
cannot assume responsibility for its delivery. Also, all import taxes, duties, and expenses are the
customer's responsibility.
As an added precaution for our customers
outside the USA, we may e-mail you a request for the telephone
number of the bank issuing the credit card (this should be printed
on the back of the card). Also, you need to use the e-mail address
assigned to you by your ISP (internet service provider)not a free
e-mail such as yahoo.com or hotmail.com. |

Still, if for some reason you need to return it, we understand. Except for special orders, unused product
may be returned, shipping prepaid, within 30 days. Shipping and
handling charges are non-refundable. Because fasteners are used
under a wide variety of conditions, our customers need to determine
the suitability and safety of these products for their particular

For fastest service,
use a Visa, MasterCard or Discover and order online. Our online payment system uses
secure SSL encryption technology and is extremely safe. It’s even
safer than an in-person transaction because we receive just a
portion of your card number (the full number goes straight to the
bank). If you prefer, you could fax, phone, or mail us with your
credit card order. We also accept checks and money orders. For
C.O.D. orders, $10.00 will be added to regular shipping and
handling.
Wisconsin
residents will be charged 5% sales tax. Everyone else gets a free
ride. |
